YUM...

This is what I have been doing for two days straight... it really should have not taken me that long, but I have a great helper...his name is Colt... he slowed me up some! I love seeing all of the jam jars lined up. It reminds me of my childhood... just the smell of canning reminds me of my Mom. That may be why I enjoy it so much. Although... when I get to the end of canning season after doing peaches and tomatoes I may feel a little different, but somehow I forget and will love it again come next summer. Kind of like labor... am I right ladies?! Now... I only have 1 huge Costco flat to go! The finished product is delicious... if I do say so myself! In fact, it could very quickly turn into a problem...if it has not already. I cannot count how many pancakes and pieces of toast I have ate in these past few days...YIKES!!!
