Colt celebrated three big firsts this last weekend. His 1st Fourth of July, his 1st boating trip, and his 1st firework show. He loved the Fourth of July BBQ....of course, he gets tons of attention. He loved the boat...He watched Daddy and cousins getting thrown from the tube. His cousin Hunter loved having him on the boat (He LOVES, LOVES Colt) The fireworks, now that is a different story. He hated them! There is a pic of him before they started... a pic of him as they began (that is the one where his eyes are HUGE)... what you don't see is the pic of him screaming... that's because there is not one. Ike and I were so shocked by his reaction we missed it! Let's just say that we cut the night short... maybe next year we will be able to stay til the end of the party!
I have to share a funny story... as you can see in some of the pics my belly is growing. This is me at 6 months. So the story begins...
Colleen (Ike's Mom) and I were shopping when she was here visiting. While we were checking out I had a funny little experience. The dialogue went a little like this...
Teller: So when are you due?
Me: October 29th
Teller: Wow... are you having twins?
Me: (if only in my head) ?#!@"&*?!@?!
Me:no... I am just a big girl
Teller: ???? (blank stare)
Honestly?!? Colleen and I quietly gathered our bags then as soon as we were out of hearing distance we looked at each other and busted out laughing! We could not stop laughing... it was at least comic relief!!! And besides... had I not laughed I most 
definitely would have cried... :)

How darling!! I LOVE the pic of his huge eyes. Colee only last for one loud "boom" and she was out of there and in the house watching Zack and Cody. She wanted nothing to do with the fireworks.
That is so funny about the teller but hello why would you cry...you are so dang beautiful it's crazy town! You should just enjoy how cute you are, I would give anything to look cute preggers!!
Wow!! I think that you look great prego!! I always looked like I should have been due at 6 months. I was always huge. You look super!! My niece who normally won't sit still for a second sat on my lap the whole time for fireworks. She wasn't sure if she liked them or not. Pretty funny. Maybe if you guys come to Utah we can get together and have Teag and Ashley come too!!! That would be fun. Can't wait to have some time to get to know you. Have a fun summer.
